Any project manager handles four elements: expenditure, schedule, duration and producing a satisfactory result. A bit more challenging objective is to enchance business procedures and resource attribution. Take any project and you will see that it employes labour, money and machinery to deliver needed results. To manage projects effectively one should deal with several things. You can look through a few of these factors in the list below:
